Hi! I'm Dr. Kelly Moyaert!
I believe in living a life full of joy, love, compassion, gratitude, and free of judgement. These feelings inform and guide how I practice medicine and teach yoga and mindfulness; additionally, they are core to the principles and teachings I express when leading groups through wellness classes and on retreats. I aim to provide a safe space to heal, decrease pain, release stress, access ease and journey down the path of wellness. In group settings I facilitate and co-create an atmosphere of kindness, community, connection and support. I offer a variety of services, classes, workshops, and more to help you access your healthiest self, and cultivate vitality in all realms of mind body and spirit.
