This group will meet for

FIVE consecutive Tuesday evenings in April and May:

4/5, 4/12, 4/19, 4/26 and 5/3

from 6:15pm to 8:15pm


Cost is $225 per person for participating in this program, which includes the necessary protein/detox powder as well as a liver supportive supplement. (Retail price of these products = $100.)  *An individual may potentially have additional costs ranging from $40-$75 depending upon personal preference of purchasing other optional supplements for use during the cleanse.

21 days of Cleanse:

*Note, the 21 day anti-inflammatory diet/cleanse component of this program will begin on Wed April 13th and end on Tuesday May 3rd.  It is important to be present for our first introductory meeting on Tues April 5th to prepare for the upcoming journey: hand-outs will be distributed and an overview discussed, such as a grocery list, recommendations on how to prep the week before the detox, info on supplements, etc.,

Over the span of four weeks, Dr. Moyaert will guide you in a supportive group setting through not just a detox/cleanse of the physical body, but also create space to let go of what is no longer serving us mentally and emotionally. 


Through this cleanse we will aim to free up energy for a revivified and balanced way of being, and create our own unique vision and intention of living fully for 2022, (and beyond.) Spring is a wonderful and opportune time to detox, letting go of the stagnation from winter and inviting wellness, action and growth into all realms of mind body spirit. We will create space for reflection, elimination, restoration, support, inspiration and connection...all in preparation of cultivating a mindful self-care revitalizing practice, and "blooming" into well-being...potentially embodying your most vibrant robust sense of self.

This group will be led through a multifaceted approach of "pressing reset" in our daily lives, letting go of what is no longer serving us and open up to new possibilities of wellness.


We will discuss eating and living with mindfulness, including aiming to eat an anti-inflammatory whole foods based diet. We will also partake in other elements of this renewal program, including:

  • support, connection and community through group discussion/meetings 

  • identifying potential obstacles to our success and noting challenges as they arise around the process (and various stages of a detox) 

  • creating a personal intention and vision

  • self-reflection (of the experience) through journaling

  • discussion and defining of mindfulness 

  • demonstration and practice of relaxation and mindful breathing techniques

  • introduction to meditation, body scanning and yoga nidra

  • introduction to Restorative yoga postures

  • a guide for use of detoxification supplements

  • an anti-inflammatory grocery shopping list 

  • other specific elements of the cleanse will also be provided (guidelines around sleep hygiene, movement/exercise, opening up pathways of elimination, etc.,)
