Investment:
Cost is $444 per person for participating in this program; collectively, this includes a private 65 minute session with Dr. Kelly (Light touch fascia release or CranioSacral Therapy) to support a releasing within the tissues, as well as the necessary protein/detox powder and liver supportive supplement. (Retail price of these supplement products = $140.) *Additionally, upon signing up for this cleanse, you will be given access to order any additional needed/supportive supplements through Dr. Moyaert's online dispensary (and be gifted 25% discount on all purchases made there.) **Note: An individual may potentially have additional costs ranging from $40-$85 depending upon personal preference of purchasing other optional supplements for use during the cleanse; however, to be clear, the additional items/supplements are not necessarily required to complete the cleanse. (It is really based on individual need...and all of this will be discussed in detail and clarified upon during the first meeting with Dr. Kelly on Tuesday evening Sept 23rd.)

21 days of Cleanse:
*Note, the 21 day anti-inflammatory diet/cleanse component of this program will begin on Wednesday Oct 1st and end on Tuesday Oct 21st. It is important to be present for our first introductory meeting on Tues Sept 23rd to prepare for the upcoming journey: hand-outs will be distributed and an overview discussed, such as a grocery list, recommendations on how to prep the week before the detox, info on supplements, etc.,

This group will be led through a multifaceted approach of "pressing reset" in our daily lives, letting go of what is no longer serving us and invite new possibilities of health & wellness.

We will discuss eating and living with mindfulness, including aiming to eat an anti-inflammatory whole foods based diet. We will also partake in other elements of this renewal program, including:

identifying potential obstacles to our success and noting challenges as they arise around the process (and various stages of a detox)

creating a personal intention and vision

self-reflection (of the experience) through journaling

discussion and defining of mindfulness

introduction to meditation, body scanning and yoga nidra

introduction to Restorative yoga postures

a guide for use of detoxification supplements

an anti-inflammatory grocery shopping list

other specific elements of the cleanse will also be provided (guidelines around sleep hygiene, movement/exercise, opening up pathways of elimination, etc.,)
