Join us for morning yoga, meditation and mudra:
we will honor all the elements of nature that surround us, and especially connect to the Heart, Solar Plexus & Throat Chakras. Evenings will include a nourishing restorative session.
All levels/yoga experience welcome.
This retreat is for anyone who is yearning for adventure
& to step into cultivating space for
fostering courage,
igniting inspiration
and honoring awareness of self/your authentic truth.
You'll be guided through heart-led practices for svadhyaya (self-study) as well as be offered opportunity to open/release stuck energy along energetic channels/meridians.

all with intention to awaken your heart space, love for life
and deepen connection to your own true nature.

On the final night of retreat, we'll hold the space for
a New Moon Circle in Leo = fire element sign that invites joy, courage, the vibration of love & heartfelt inspirational energy. This precious retreat time is a gift: it will allow us a week to connect to nature's elements, the moon, European botancial gardens, beautiful beaches, ocean, sunshine, community, yoga
- all in discovery of what makes your heart smile, embody joy and dream with delight.
